Welcome to Red Carpet Limousine Connection, Inc. These terms and conditions govern the use of our services. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

“We,” “Us,” “Our” refer to Red Carpet Limousine Connection, Inc.

“You” or “Customer” refers to the person or entity making the reservation or using our services.

2. Booking and Reservation

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event and will be automatically charged to the card on file.

• If payment is not processed 14 days before the event, payment will need to be made in cash to the driver at the pickup location before the trip starts.

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event to avoid being charged the full contract price. All deposits are non-refundable.

3. Overtime Policy

• Overtime charges will be billed in half-hour increments and applied to the card on file. The overtime rate is based on the hourly rate divided in half. Red Carpet Limousine provides a 15-minute grace period for late drop-offs; after 16 minutes, an extra half-hour will be charged, and after 31 minutes, a full hour will be charged.

4. Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades to higher-tier vehicles are allowed based on availability. Downgrades are not permitted.

5. Alcohol and Narcotics Policy

• Alcohol consumption is allowed in accordance with state laws, but no alcohol consumption is permitted by minors. If alcohol or drugs are found or used in the vehicle during school events such as Proms or Homecomings, services will be immediately terminated without a refund.

• Red Carpet Limousine will not be held responsible for the possession or use of alcohol or narcotics in any of its vehicles by its passengers.

6. Smoking and Unruly Behavior

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violations will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.

• The Company reserves the right to discontinue services due to unruly or abusive behavior from any passenger.

7. Damage and Cleaning Policy

• You are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle by yourself or your guests. This includes but is not limited to damage caused by gum, spilled drinks, vomiting, broken glasses, electronics, and other equipment. A minimum fee of $150 will be charged for cleaning or repairs, and broken glasses will be charged at $10 each.

• Any additional damages will be assessed, and charges will be applied to the credit card on file after a thorough investigation.

8. Vehicle Substitution

• In the event of a mechanical breakdown, Red Carpet Limousine reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal capacity. The Company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by acts of God or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Personal Belongings

• Red Carpet Limousine is not responsible for any lost or left items in the vehicle.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability for any particular trip is limited to the amount paid for that specific trip.

11. Privacy and Data Collection

• By using our services, you agree to our collection of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your contact information may be used to send updates about our services, promotions, and special offers. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

12. Cookie Policy

• Our website uses cookies to improve the user experience. By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

13. Further Obligations

• By signing this contract, you agree to all rules and terms, including being responsible for any overtime incurred and any damages caused during the rental period. You authorize Red Carpet Limousine to charge your credit card for the agreed contract price, damages, or overtime fees.

Emergency exits (windows and sunroofs) are not to be tampered with unless there is a genuine emergency.

14. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the reservation will only incur a loss of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will require payment of the full contract price.

15. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State], and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
